Q: How do I place an order?
A: place order is easy. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "add to cart" button to place it in your Shopping cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. we will send you  confirm email with order invoice after get your order.

Q: How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?
A: Shipping charge is according to the shipping address and goods weight, when you checkout your order on our website will can find out the shipping charge. The tracking number will be sent by email once the items have been shipped, then you can track your parcel online.

Q: When will my goods be delivered?
A: We will shipping the goods within 2 days after you paid for the order. and after shipped we will send you tracking number, then you can track the parcel status online. Usually you can received the parcel in 5-8 working days.

Q: What if I'm not in when you deliver?
A: Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number directly to arrange re-delivery or collect our parcel personally.

Q: How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?
A: The items that you return Must unused and with original packing and labels. we will refund you once received the return and very items as well.  After returning please Provide us the tracking number. (Notice: The customer is responsible for return shipping charge.)

Q: Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
